Life has been very thrilling, in a roller coaster sort of way.
The ups:
* I accepted an internship in Miami.
* My boyfriend is coming home tonight. We're going ice skating in Detroit on Friday afternoon, if anybody is interested.
The downs:
* My little brother is in a ton of trouble at school.
* I inserted a stupid error into a reporter's story. My first fatal in more than two years.
* My car is falling apart.
More downs than ups, I notice. My brother's problems put a heavy weight in my gut.
